- Morion Restaurant
We invite you to the first dinner in the "Nature" series at Morion Restaurant. This intimate event will combine the flow of the river, the sound of music, and the chef's creativity. You will find yourself in a cozy yet spacious restaurant hall, illuminated by the sunset on the Kazanka River through panoramic windows. The evening's headliner is Amadeus, whose masterpieces of world musical art harmoniously combine with culinary creations from the Morion Restaurant's brand chef.
What awaits you
A 5-course gastronomic symphony.
Each course tells its own story about the rivers of Tatarstan. Brand Chef Timur Mirzaev combined local ingredients and signature techniques.
- Course #1. Pike Perch
Lightly salted pike perch with tomato and basil sorbet. Embodies the freshness of the morning over the river's surface.
- Course #2. Trout
Trout fermented in raspberries, with airy brioche. An emphasis on the interplay of contrasts and textures.
- Course #3. Carp
Kystyby with hot-smoked carp and delicate kaymak. A bold blend of traditional and modern.
- Course #4. Sterlet
Savoy cabbage rolls with sterlet and a velvety velouté sauce. This is the harmony of the dish.
- Course #5. Pistachio
An exquisite finale that will leave a pleasant aftertaste of an evening of water and music.
Live music from the Amadeus project. The compositions will literally bring the flow of rivers to life: Saint-Saëns's "The Swan," Tchaikovsky's "June. Barcarolle," Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata," and other works will flow across the surface of the water.
The unique atmosphere of "Morion". Minimalistic table settings in natural tones, vast expanses of water right under the windows, and the outline of the shore in the distance will give you the feeling of being on a ship, sailing beyond the horizon.

MORION
The Morion Restaurant is a space where history, tradition, and modern gastronomic trends harmoniously intertwine. The austere yet warm aesthetic of the interior creates an atmosphere of refined understatement: dark morion tones are offset by comfortable furniture and cozy carpeting.
